About the Instructor:
Rene Ramirez has over 26 years of experience in the Petrochemical Industry. He has 22 years of refining experience working in project management, engineering design, field construction, turnarounds, and maintenance. Rene has Master Degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Development. Rene is a PE, PMP, and Certified Internal Auditor. Concurrently, Rene has worked for eight years as an Adjunct Instructor for Del Mar College Corporate Services in Corpus Christi, Texas teaching workshops in Project Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Organizational Leadership. Rene has spent the last four years working for a major oil company as a Senior Auditor performing project and organizational capability audits.
