Stress Engineering Services Acquires Zeus Engineering

Tuesday, February 1, 2011 - Stress Engineering Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Zeus Engineering (Zeus), a professional engineering consulting firm based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Through our affiliation with Zeus, a new company will be formed called Stress Engineering Services Canada, which will offer engineering problem solving services focused on providing clients the right answers on time and on budget. Aside from the services previously provided by Zeus, the capabilities of the new company will be greatly expanded to include testing, inspection, assessment and life extension of operating equipment in plants, pipelines, power stations and upstream facilities.

Although Stress Engineering and Zeus Engineering have separate histories, together, we are uniquely positioned to continue to provide solutions to problems for companies requiring in-depth technical knowledge and experience.
