General Requirements:

Job Description:  
Chemical engineer with 10+ years industrial experience in facilities such as chemical plants, refineries, or other manufacturing locations. The position would support our existing practices in materials engineering, fitness for service, and forensic investigations.

Candidates must have a M.S. or Ph.D. in M.E. and strong analysis skills. FEA, Caesar & API-579 experience is preferred. The ideal candidate would have work or training experience in one or more of the following areas:
•  Finite element analysis (ideally using the Abaqus computer program)
•  Piping stress and flexibility analysis (ideally using the Caesar computer program)
•  Experience with the B31.3 piping Code and Section VIII Division I of the Boiler and
    Pressure Vessel Code
•  Fitness-for-Service assessment of pressure systems using API-579
•  Work experience in a refinery or chemical plant
