Process Equipment Design, Analysis, and Testing

Stress Engineering’s Process Technology Group provides design, analysis, and testing services for process equipment and systems in a variety of industries including; pharmaceutical, medical devices, consumer products and food, refining and petrochemical, power, and basic metals.

Using advanced computational tools such as computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite-element analysis (FEA) and custom-written fluid system simulations, the Process Technology Group allows our clients to improve their equipment and processes while avoiding the time and expense of traditional “build and test” methods. This predictive analysis technology is complemented by our expertise in developing special-purpose tests used to diagnose problems, provide design data, and validate final designs.
